Payments Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation shall be applicable if (For online courses, pre-built solutions, and live classes):

1. Before Course Access: If you cancel your enrollment before accessing the course content, you are eligible for a full refund, subject to the time period mentioned below.
2. After Course Access: Once you have accessed or downloaded the course content, no cancellations or refunds will be granted.
3. Instructor-led Courses: If you enroll in an instructor-led course, you may cancel your enrollment before the first live session begins for a full refund.

To cancel your enrollment, you must notify us via email at amittutorials1985@gmail.com with your Order ID, User ID, and reason for cancellation.

 

2.Refunds (if applicable)

Refund shall be applicable if:

1. Services are not delivered to you within a deadline, or
2. Order cancelled by our side due to some unforeseen conditions, or
3. If the user accidentally closes the website, or browser during the payment transaction, or before landing at the payment confirmation page. In this case, if the amount deducted from your bank account. you do not need to worry; your amount will be refunded to your original payment of mode.

If you come in this case then you feel free to request for refund, we would be more than happy to refund you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please Note: A refund request usually takes 7-14 business days to reflect in customer's account depending on the bank used for payment.

 

3. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. Sale items / service (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items/service cannot be refunded.

 

5. Disclaimer

While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Website, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You due to:

• Lack of authorization for any transactions, or
• Any error due to you provided to respective payment method, or
• Exceeding the pre-set limit mutually agreed by You and between "Banks", or
• Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
• Decline of transaction for any other reason.

All Valid Credit / Debit/ Cash Card/ and other payment instruments are processed using a Credit Card payment gateway or appropriate payment system infrastructure and the same will also be governed by the terms and conditions agreed to between the service user and the respective Issuing Bank and payment instrument issuing company.

All Online Bank Transfers from Valid Bank Accounts are processed using the gateway provided by the respective Issuing Bank which support Payment Facility to provide these services to the Users. All such Online Bank Transfers on Payment Facility are also governed by the terms and conditions agreed to between service user and the respective Issuing Bank.

If Particular products/ services, you might be required to provide Your credit or debit card details to the approved payment gateways while making the payment. In this regard You agree to provide correct and accurate credit/ debit card details to the approved payment gateways for availing Services on the Website. You shall not use the credit/ debit card which is not lawfully owned by You, i.e. in any transaction, you must use Your own credit/ debit card. The information provided by You will not be utilized or shared with any third party unless required in relation to fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. You will be solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of Your credit/ debit card details. We expressly disclaim all liabilities that may arise as a consequence of any unauthorized use of Your credit/ debit card.
